Location: Lederman Family Health Center (West Town) or Telehealth (Remote)
Training: 1hr orientation (onsite or virtual), 1hr self-directed EMR training
Prerequisites: CV, license and certification, Controlled Substance and DEA, bilingual Spanish/English or Polish/English; if onsite: negative TB test within the last year
Responsibilities: In collaboration with the Behavioral Health Counselor volunteer psychiatrists provide consultations, psychiatric evaluations, and conduct one-on-one patient visits.
Schedule/Commitment: One to two 4hr shifts/month for one year
