Location: Lederman Family Health Center (West Town) or Telehealth (Remote)
Training: 1hr orientation (onsite or virtual), 1hr self-directed EMR training
Prerequisites: CV, license and certification (LCSW, LCPC, or Clinical Psychologist license required), bilingual Spanish/English or Polish/English; if onsite: negative TB test within the last year
Responsibilities: Volunteer counselors provide short-term therapy (up to 12 sessions) in one-on-one counseling sessions to patients referred to and with interest in receiving counseling services at CommunityHealth.
Schedule/Commitment: Two 4hr shifts/month for one year
