Every year, as part of the All In event series, CommunityHealth hosts the All In Celebration. Last month, we hosted the 2025 Celebration, which theme was focused around three words: Dignity, Resilience, and Hope.
The attendees of the Celebration got the opportunity to hear about what these three words mean from our staff and patients. The program featured stories from our three Outreach staff members, Marzena Zagata, Corali Medico, and Zeneida Urena, as well as our Health Education and Outreach Manager, Daniela Acacio. Each of their stories tied to one of the three words, and a video from our patients that went along with the theme.
At the Celebration, we also presented the “Catalyst for Care” award to the AbbVie Foundation, for the support they’ve given to the expansion of our microsite model, allowing CommunityHealth to bring care closer to home for underinsured individuals.
The night was full with fun activities, engaging informational booths, networking, and heartwarming stories that reaffirm our mission: bringing health care closer to home. The Celebration gave our community a chance to honor and celebrate the work we do to make that possible.
