You are invited to celebrate Health Care Closer to Home at the All In™ Celebration on Thursday, September 19th, from 5:30-9pm at The Carter in honor of CommunityHealth’s third microsite, community-based clinic and fourth location opening this year.
The event will feature a cocktail hour, raffle, wine pull, paddle raise, and more with advocates and allies committed to dismantling barriers and expanding access.
CommunityHealth presented a public service award to Illinois State Senator Celina Villanueva for her championship of free and charitable clincs at the All In™ Celebration in 2023, and we’re excited to present a night to remember again in 2024…

The All In™ campaign amplifies voices devoted to the mission of quality health care for all. We are redefining the narrative for the uninsured, underserved, and undocumented, and your voice matters.
Invest in a key leader in the health care safety net by becoming an ALL INsider.
All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law.
ALL INsiders provide essential health care for an entire year for as many as 60 uninsured, underserved, and undocumented patients, but the benefits just begin there.
ALL INsiders receive priority access and discounted tickets at the All In™ Celebration, as well as a feature in CommunityHealth’s annual report and on the All In™ website.
ALL INsider contributions of the event provide…
- $500, or one year of essential health care for 1 patient, includes 2 tickets to the All In™ Celebration
- $1,000, or one year of essential health care for 2 patients, includes 3 tickets to the All In™ Celebration
- $2,500, or one year of essential health care for 4 patients, includes 4 tickets to the All In™ Celebration
- $5,000, or one year of essential health care for 10 patients, includes 5 tickets to the All In™ Celebration
- $7,500, or one year of essential health care for 15 patients, includes 6 tickets to the All In™ Celebration
- $10,000, or one year of essential health care for 20 patients, includes 8 tickets to the All In™ Celebration
Traditional sponsorship levels range from $10,000 to $40,000, and include tickets to the All In™ Celebration, social media/website/email recognition, event display, logo included in blog post, and more.
All In™ sponsors have the opportunity to provide essential, comprehensive health care for as many as 60 patients for an entire year.
