The All In Celebration 30th Anniversary Gala

Let’s talk about health care in Chicago.

CommunityHealth is celebrating 30 Years of Care in 2023.

Throughout our 30th year, we have expanded the annual All In event series from one month to multiple events hosted across the summer.

All In events offer spaces of education, thought leadership, and networking for everyone from industry professionals, corporate partners, community leaders, to students… and you!

Your voice matters.

To celebrate our last 30 Years of Care, the next 30 based in cultural competency, and a successful All In series, CommunityHealth invites you to the All In Celebration 30th Anniversary Gala.

You are invited to an extravagant evening next Thursday, September 28th, at The Dalcy from 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm.

Registration for the event closes tomorrow, September 20th.

Sign up for the event by tomorrow, September 20th, and…

Treat yourself to a family-style dinner served by Aba.

Receive a discount on ticket purchases if you are a young professional.

Participate in the wine pull to take home a mystery bottle of wine valued up to $100.

Enter the raffle to win big prizes like tickets to Jerry Seinfeld or the Bears and Sox.

We are leading the fight for access.

And we invite you to be All In to ensure every Chicagoan has access to the right health care, at the right time, in the right place.

Proceeds from the All In event series directly support at-risk, vulnerable populations living without insurance, access, and, often, documentation.

As the largest volunteer-based free clinic in the nation, serving over 20 specialties to the underserved and uninsured in their native languages of English, Spanish, and Polish, your support enables us to provide free medications, lab testing, Health Education, and more.

Are you All In?
