Supporters and partners of CommunityHealth recently attended Community in Action, an inspiring evening hosted by the CommunityHealth Associate Board.
This event celebrated collaboration, community, and a shared commitment to improving access to health care across Chicago.
At the event, guests enjoyed live music, food and drinks, raffle prizes, games, and more. The event’s main sponsor, Patagonia, played a key role in making the night possible, allowing us to use their space for our night of impact.
