CommunityHealth is celebrating 30 Years of Care throughout 2023.
Since 1993, our volunteer-based clinic has been leading the fight for access by providing free health care to the underserved and uninsured.
In 2018, CommunityHealth celebrated 25 years of compassionate service with an Open House Block Party.
With a focus on generating solutions to help all Chicagoans access health care at the right time, in the right place, at the right time, CommunityHealth cultivated a space for networking, thought leadership, and education from Chicago Avenue to Superior Avenue, hosting our neighbors and long-time friends and supporters.
Some of our collaborators were Farm.Butcher.Table, Dark Matter Coffee, Tabbs, Komoda, Squasht Boutique, and The Beetle Bar & Grill.
The party offered a bouncy house, a healthy plate demonstration from the Health Education team, clinic tours, live music, and more.

You are invited to the 30th Anniversary Open House Block Party on Saturday, August 12th, from 1:00 pm – 4:00pm.
Tour the clinic, meet the staff and volunteers, and enjoy a sunny summer afternoon in the community.
Snacks and beverages will be available.
Enter a raffle to win CommunityHealth swag.
The Health Education team will host trivia and provide free resources.
And volunteers are welcome to the happy hour on the house from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm to close the celebration. Registration is required.
