Hyper-localized care is accessible care. CommunityHealth launched the first-of-its-kind microsite, community-based clinics during the pandemic to meet our communities where they are at in their own neighborhoods with clinicians that represent them.
With pillars of Philanthropy, Partnership, and Volunteerism, our locations at Enlace and Onward House have decreased wait times, increased new patient registrations, and more as these strategically-placed clinics eliminate barriers to care like commutes or time off from work.
As an initiative in its new three-year strategic plan, CommunityHealth is opening its fourth location and its third microsite in 2024. We welcome you to celebrate Health Care Closer to Home at the All In™ Celebration on Thursday, September 19th, from 5:30-9pm at The Carter.
CommunityHealth presented a public service award to Illinois State Senator Celina Villanueva for her championship of free and charitable clinics at the All In™ Celebration in 2023, and we’re excited to present a night to remember again in 2024 by honoring Senator Tammy Duckworth for her advocacy.
