Why donate to CommunityHealth?
CommunityHealth is one of the largest volunteer-based free clinics in the nation that serves the uninsured, underserved, and undocumented in their native languages of English, Spanish, and Polish.
For every $1 donated to CommunityHealth, patients receive $7 worth of free services and medications.
Through our community-based clinics at Enlace and Onward House with plans to open more access points through our new three-year strategic plan, we meet our patients where they are with providers that come from and represent the populations we serve.
CommunityHealth shapes the Future Of Health by training the next generation of health care providers through our Student Run Clinics in partnership with over 15 medical and academic institutions across Chicago.
When you donate to CommunityHealth, low-income adults living without insurance receive Quality Health Care For All through free…
- Primary Care
- Specialty Care with over 20 different specialties including sexual and reproductive care
- Dentistry
- Pharmacy
- Health Education (yes, that means free yoga classes)
- Lab Testing
- And more!
CommunityHealth is More Than A Free Clinic but a true medical home that builds bridges between urgent, critical needs and long-term, holistic wellness. Established in 1993, CommunityHealth celebrated 30 Years of Care and continued innovation throughout 2023. But we were just getting started.
Here’s how CommunityHealth turns your compassion into culturally competent care…
Your generous gifts help us ensure immediate care for uninsured populations as well as empower us to build a future where every resident in Chicago maintains access to free, quality, comprehensive health care.
Our commitment to you is that every dollar you donate and hour you volunteer will make us More Than A Free Clinic but a true medical home.
