CommunityHealth is leading the fight for access
And we invite you to join the conversation on how we can build a system where everyone has access to the right health care, at the right time, in the right place.
CommunityHealth hosts the All In™ event series annually to generate solutions of quality health care for all through thought leadership, education, and networking.
Industry professionals, community leaders, corporate partners, students, and you are invited to nurture collaboration and build bridges.
Let’s talk about health care in Chicago
CommunityHealth is the largest volunteer-based free clinic in the nation, providing comprehensive and essential health care to the uninsured, underserved, and undocumented at 3 locations, with a fourth to come by the end of 2024.
We offer primary care and more than 20 specialty care services, including mental health and reproductive care, Health Education, lab testing, and more to at-risk communities at absolutely no cost to their families. Think of having your dentist, mental health counselor, pharmacy, and yoga studio all under one roof… and that’s CommunityHealth!
We have also played a pivotal role in the ongoing asylum seeker crisis, from initially providing mobile care units at police precincts to registering migrants as new patients.
And to ensure a culturally competent continuum of care, CommunityHealth’s secondary mission is to shape the Future of Health by training the next generation of health care providers in partnership with more than 15 academic and medical institutions across Chicago.
CommunityHealth turns every $1 donated into $7 worth of services and medications, and the proceeds of the All In™ event series directly benefit our patients. Will you help us a build a healthier Chicago by sponsoring the All In™ Celebration?
Your voice matters
Hyper-localized care is accessible care. CommunityHealth launched the first-of-its-kind microsite, community-based clinics during the pandemic to meet our communities where they are at in their own neighborhoods with clinicians that represent them.
With pillars of Philanthropy, Partnership, and Volunteerism, our locations at Enlace and Onward House have decreased wait times, increased new patient registrations, and more as these strategically-placed clinics eliminate barriers to care like commutes or time off from work.
As an initiative in its new three-year strategic plan, CommunityHealth is opening its fourth location and its third microsite in 2024. We welcome you to celebrate Health Care Closer to Home at the All In™ Celebration on Thursday, September 19th, from 5:30-9pm at The Carter.
CommunityHealth presented a public service award to Illinois State Senator Celina Villanueva for her championship of free and charitable clinics at the All In™ Celebration in 2023, and we’re excited to present a night to remember again in 2024…
