This link may be used to schedule either flu shots, COVID-19 vaccines/boosters, or both.

Important things to remember:

• You can receive both (flu and COVID-19) vaccines at the same time.
• If you would like to receive both, choose one from the drop-down menu AND please type both flu and COVID in the “Additional Notes” later when you are entering your contact information.
• When you are asked for insurance information, type NONE.
• Video instructions for scheduling are below in English, Spanish, and Polish.
